  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Notes

The avocado really gives the smoothie a thick and creamy taste so there isn't any need for extra frozen items or ice. If you want to freeze a banana for the extra thickness you can, but isn't necessary!
